We are currently seeking a talented 3D Architectural Visualiser to join our creative team and help bring our architectural visions to life.

Job Summary:
As a 3D Architectural Visualiser, you will work closely with our architects and designers to create high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Your artistic vision and technical skills will be pivotal in showcasing our projects and enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create stunning 3D models and renderings from architectural drawings and sketches using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Develop photorealistic visuals, including materials, lighting, and textures, to accurately represent design intentions.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
• Produce animations and virtual walk-throughs to enhance client presentations and project proposals
• Stay updated on industry trends, software developments, and best practices in architectural visualisation
• Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations that highlight the firm’s projects and capabilities
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design-related visual communication strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in 3D visualisation within the architectural field or related industries
• Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software, such as 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and composition
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively
• A portfolio showcasing your 3D visualization skills and previous projects is required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with animation software (e.g., Blender, After Effects)
• Familiarity with VR and AR technologies for architectural visualisation
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Previous experience in working with architectural firms or design studios
